Alabama Shakes, la biographie

Un premier EP de quatre titres sur Bandcamp et un concert inoubliable à CMJ auront suffit au groupe américain Alabama Shakes de se faire signer sur le label Rough Trade.

Originaire d’Athens, petite bourgade dans l’Alabama à quelques kilomètres des célèbres studios de Muscle Shoals où Aretha Frankllin, Otis Reading ou encore Lynyrd Skynyrd ont enregistrés plusieurs de leurs classiques, les membres d’Alabama Shakes ont bercés dans cette soul mêlée de rock si chère à cette région.
